Oct 6th is where it starts...

7 Nov 2017

After a year+ of hard work... It is done.  The EP is finally DONE!   I wish you could hear the tone of my voice as I speak this aloud while typing... Pure excitement is all I am emitting.  What an incredible experience it has been.  Nick and I have been up at the Studio (Cheslatta Records) creating this baby of mine for what seems like forever, but in the best way possible.

We want to thank Rick Irvine, Drew Gray, and Chris Dibbens for all of their hard work during this process.  We could not have done this without your creativity and passion.  I have learned so much in such a short period of time.  I didn't really think about anything other than the music when this all started... I won't go into details because... blah blah blah it's boring and no body really needs to hear all the non fun stuff that us working musicians do besides play shows... long story short, I didn't know what I was getting myself into; but I am doing it, whatever that means.  I am doing it!

We released the full EP on October 6th at the Omineca Arts Centre, downtown in Prince George BC.  The first time I saw Omineca, I knew this was where I had to perform the EP.  It is a perfect intimate space, run by some very supportive & incredible PG'ers.  I was overwhelmed when the room was nearly filled shortly after 8PM.  The turn out was amazing!

The evening was started off by my very talented Vocal/Guitar/Piano student Grace Hoksbergen.  You would never believe this girl is 13 years old... Her rich voice left the crowd speechless.

Next, My dear friend Brock Paciejewski from my former duo 'Daisy and The Fisherman' graced the stage with his powerful original work alongside Katie Leason and Joel Taker.

Nick Tindale and I were joined with Rob Bacon (The Burden) and Aidan Galletti-Viscount to showcase our EP 'For Him'.  It was a very amazing/overwhelming experience.  I have never felt so many emotions in one evening.  I am so thankful for all the love and support I have received from so many people.  Too many people to name, you all know who you are.  I love you!

I am currently submitting applications to festivals for 2018.

'For Him' is available on all major music platforms, and here on my website!
